How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Once shipped, standard delivery within Australia usually takes between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. For rural or remote areas, it may take a little longer. You’ll receive an email once your parcel has been sent so you know it’s on the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we proudly ship our heirlooms around the world. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Depending on your country, shipping may take 7–21 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

Can I track my order?

Yes, every order comes with tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves our hands, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey. If you haven’t received your tracking email within 2 business days, feel free to contact us and we’ll resend it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely, but if it arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Send us a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund—whatever makes the most sense for your situation. Your satisfaction matters to us.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations. Please get in touch with us as quickly as possible with your order number and request. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes, but we’ll still try to help where we can.
